The Mullen Bender is used to form the standard 12″ flat bottom loop in small diameter cables. The tool is molded of resilient plastic. The universal “V-groove” hand forming tool is recommended for .412, .500, .500MC2, .540, and .565 cable diameters only. It is available for one cable formation or dual cable formation.
