The vertical batten is center riveted to back of sign while horizontal batten is center riveted to the vertical batten with three washers for smooth operation. Horizontal LOCK-Pockets™ are riveted to back of sign with four rivets; clear reinforcing on front. LOCK-Pockets™ eliminate the need to bend or bow the battens when inserting them or removing them from the pocket. The LOCK-Pocket™ system slides open to accept the batten, then slides shut again to lock it in place. There is no better Roll-Up Sign Pocket system on the market today. Three flag holder permanently riveted to the vertical batten. Roll-Up C-Signs are shipped permanently assembled for trouble free use. Includes handy coded nylon storage case. NCHRP-350 compliant when mounted to any NCHRP-350 accepted sign stand.
